Data Security

Physical Security
Data received from clients is stored in secure areas within our office premises. We have CCTV facilities to monitor employee and visitor movements.
Software and Hardware Security
We use the latest software and hardware security solutions to mitigate the risk that our client’s encrypted data could be misused, lost, or stolen from our LAN.
Encryption
Data uploaded and downloaded through our website is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. A user ID and password is required on the Login page on our web site for clients to upload and download project data.
Access
Access to client data (either physically or online) is limited to only those employees who need the same to perform their jobs.
Training
We have a documented security policy that is periodically reviewed and every employee has to comply to. We additionally provide training to our employees regarding our security procedures.
