SKILL SET:
Bachelors or Masters in Economics/Engineering/Statistics
Minimum 2 years work experience after graduation
Good knowledge of SAS, SAS SQL, Excel-VBA
Experience in working with large SQL data sets

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean, extrapolate and prepare large data sets for statistical analysis
Develop, test and validate hypotheses
Simplify methodologies and output into client-presentable reports

SKILL SET:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop deep understanding of P&L of retail credit products
Build financial models for financial forecasts and scenario analysis
Simplify methodologies and output into client-presentable reports
Build expertise in retail credit portfolio analysis and valuations

Manager - Analytics
SKILL SET:
Postgraduate Degree (or Ph.D) in a quantitative discipline
Minimum 3 years work experience after graduation
Past Experience in retail credit risk management at a Bank preferred
Experience in building risk, response and churn predictive models
Strong team building capabilities and client management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage team of 5-10 Analysts
Guide Analysts and oversee model building process
Develop recommendations based on key insights from Analysts
Make client presentations with occasional onsite(overseas) travel
Understand client requirements and manage client expectations
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and new clients
